The End

Wow.  Our last blog post of the year?!  I’m almost a little sad.

”It’s weird . . . you know the end of something great is coming, but you want to hold on, just for one more second . . . just so it can hurt a little more.”  — Anonymous

That was a perfect quote for this occasion, isn’t it?  It’s almost unbelievable.  You know, when this year began, I diligently toiled over each and every project . . . and blog post.  Then, somewhere along the line, I stopped trying to sound scholarly on each post, and the blogs began to be more of a fun project.  I thoroughly enjoyed reading other peoples’ posts, trying to guess whose was whose.  What I liked most about the posts was how there was always a variety of topics and how it was almost easy to recognize each individual style.  I think the fact that we could blog about almost anything was the best part of this project, though I utterly adore the relative ease with which the blogs bring in points.  To conclude, it surely would have been less painful for some of us had the blogs not been assigned at all.  However, I’m a little sad to see it end, along with junior year.

Junior year was very much the same way, in that I was super diligent during the first three quarters.  Now I just need to find the motivation to keep going for two more weeks.  And after that, I need to find the motivation to get through senior year.  Ohh boy.  It might be a little early to be thinking about “senioritis,” but I think these tips should help a case of “junioritis” as well.

Oh good grief! I have no idea what you mean when you say “the relative ease with which the blogs bring in points.” I struggled to get my points and STILL I am unable to get 10s on my blogs. T____T This year has certainly been a trying one. I am almost fairly sure that it was worth it, despite the pain and grief of bad grades and frustrating assignments.
